He leads by example, always on time, never calls out, and is very reliable. It’s relieving having him in the field because we know he will do what it takes to get the job done and is a positive influence on all coworkers and everyone around him.[/vc_column_text][mk_gallery images=”7532,7533,7534,7535,7536″ style=”style1″ orderby=”post__in”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1536090384132{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}”]Here’s what Rigo has to say about his experience working for Kre8 Media in the experiential marketing department.

Tell us a little about yourself.

A little bit about myself – well, I was born in Mexico, grew up in California, moved to Idaho, and wanted to get away from the cold weather. I moved to Las Vegas and fell in love with the weather and decided this will be my new home. I love sports and staying busy with work. I’m a single father of a beautiful daughter, which was the best thing that ever happened to me.

How did you find out about Kre8 Media?

I heard about Kre8 Media while working my previous job at another outdoor advertising company and from Josh Simi as he was trying to bring me on board for over a year. It was a great opportunity, so I gave it a shot as I love promoting and marketing. Here I am today.

What is your favorite part of your current position with Kre8 Media?

My favorite part of working with Kre8 Media is interacting with people from all over the world. I enjoy helping create an amazing experience for the guests. I love putting a smile on peoples faces. Another favorite aspect of this company is helping newcomers and coaching them. This isn’t an easy job but I like to show employees how amazing it could be and really love the family feel about the company.

What keeps you motivated?

What keeps me motivated first of all is my daughter. My managers and coworkers also keep me motivated as I believe we have an amazing team that I’m proud to be a part of and want to help excel this company even further.

Do you have any advice for someone just starting at Kre8 Media (or Experiential Marketing)?

My advice to a newcomer would be to embrace what you do and have fun with it. Pay attention to details and be professional because it makes all the difference in the world. Work hard, focus, and pay attention. There is always room for advancement so I always set my standards very high.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
